Our Breakfasts

Start the day with a choice of breakfast cereals, fruit and our delicious Greek yoghurt, fruit juices and smoothies.

'Full Cornish'

Follow that with our "Full Cornish". Your plate is brimming over with bacon, sausage, hogs pudding, black pudding, field mushrooms, tomatoes, baked beans (Heinz of course!) and free range eggs. The ingredients are all locally sourced. We are lucky enough to have renowned butcher Paul Bray, of Tideford who makes his own sausages, and his traditional spicy Cornish hogs pudding is really terrific! Our own flock of free range hens provide the eggs of course.

Lighter Options

To provide some variety and because maybe, just maybe, a full Cornish breakfast is too much every day we offer a couple of other options, like a bacon and egg mayonaisse baguette with grilled tomatoes, simple bacon or sausauge sandwiches (optional fried egg) and a 'daily special' which can vary from the legendary Basque Piparade to the highly recommended gluten free Breakfast Hash and of course smoked salmon and scrambled eggs.


Finally we also offer our delicious continental breakfast every day. Home made rolls, fruit, Greek yoghurt, croissants and pastries can be enjoyed with jams and Cornish honey.
