Having spent our entire careers in the travel and tourism industry, we thought it would be a great idea to end our travels and try to put all our knowledge and experience into providing this wonderful property and its legacy of fabulous service and breakfasts with another twist yet maintaining everything great that has been created so far.
This 16th Century structure, now known as Penvith Barns, and its glass covered mystical smugglers tunnel is in a rather delightful spot on the South East Cornish coast, that we now call home. (You can read more about the history here).
Along with our two dogs Rocky and Beany, our chickens, who lay some of the tastiest eggs, Ronnie and Reggie our cheeky but loveable goats and sheep, who just love to be hand fed (especially by guests - who always seem to give a little extra), it's certainly a change from our old 'office' jobs.
With views across the rolling fields and valley to Looe and the short walk to the South West coastal path that leads to the year round dog friendly beach at Seaton, with its pubs and cafes or the people only beach at Millendreath and its beach cafe only a short walk away, it certainly has a great feel to it and so many guests before feel it too, judging by the amazing reviews.
We would love to host you here and share our passion for this wonderful property and all it has to offer.
